What is your turn around time?
Our estimated turnaround time, starting from the date of drop-off is approximately 12-14 months.
What are your business hours?
As we do not operate with set business hours, we kindly request you schedule your drop-off/pick-up visit by calling our shop at 517-524-8958.
Do you cape?
We are pleased to provide caping services for a nominal fee.

We do not accept any migratory or waterfowl species.
How do we know when our mount is ready for pick-up?
When your mount is finished and ready to go we will give you a call and schedule a suitable pick-up time.
Do you accept returns on merchandise?
Any and all purchases are final. We have a no-return policy.
